📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales,Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction,Set and achieve sales targets and quotas,Provide excellent customer service and support,Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or retail industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong negotiation and presentation skills,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
