Go Base Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a strong understanding of the logistics industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the logistics industry and the ability to apply this knowledge to improve branch performance.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
