Food Mart Indonesia is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Assist in developing training materials for our customers and employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience in writing for a multilingual audience is a plus.,Familiarity with food industry terminology and processes is a plus.
