📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise banquet staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.,Coordinate with event planners and customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.,Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, staff allocation, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for each event.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies for banquet events.,Train and develop banquet staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.,Knowledge of event planning and management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
