📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance company performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to the board of directors.,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to make sound business decisions and solve complex problems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
