📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of waitresses to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Take and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet the required standards of service.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that the dining area is well-stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.
