📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and optimize painting and coating processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Conduct process audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to painting and coating processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for painting and coating processes.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in painting and coating processes, with a focus on powder coating and liquid painting.
- Certification in powder coating or liquid painting processes.
- Proficient in using process control software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
