📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and marketing to attract top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.,Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
