Emerson Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team on a night shift basis, working remotely from Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and potential risks.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and deadlines.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on procurement activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a track record of achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
