CCB Medical Devices is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Executive to join our Global Procurement & Supplier Relations team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supplier relations, with a proven track record of cost-effective and efficient sourcing strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential suppliers.,Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.,Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of supplier products and services.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supplier relations.,Participate in supplier development programs and initiatives to enhance supplier capabilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supplier relations, preferably in the medical devices industry.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of cost-effective and efficient sourcing strategies.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
