📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards, quality issues, and environmental risks.,Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.,Maintain and update QHSE documentation, including incident reports, inspection records, and training materials.,Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance QHSE performance and reduce risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
