RADIUS Indonesia is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Engineer to join our team in Banyumas, Central Java. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain site equipment, including generators, UPS, and air conditioning systems.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Prepare and submit regular reports on site conditions and maintenance activities.,Provide technical support to site personnel and ensure their safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
