📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in store planning and expansion activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
