📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about the venue, amenities, and local attractions.,Set up and break down event spaces according to event requirements.,Assist with food and beverage service during events.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the venue.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Work with the event planning team to coordinate event logistics.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and event details.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event staffing, or customer service is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
