Root Home Group is looking for a skilled Deputy Bookkeeper to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records.

As a Deputy Bookkeeper, you will work closely with our Finance Manager to maintain and update our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Finance Manager.,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and bills.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Support the Finance Manager in audits and internal controls.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
