PT Giri Antar is seeking a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads and trainers to ensure training needs are met.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and delivery of e-learning and other digital training materials.,Support the Training Officer in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Assist in the budgeting and resource allocation for training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
