Gate Direct Cemerlang is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. If you are a reliable and experienced Fleet Coordinator, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards,Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance and repairs,Oversee the fuel and oil consumption of the fleet,Monitor and track vehicle usage and performance,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance,Provide support and training to drivers as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
