As a Junior Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading our crew, ensuring the smooth operation of our services, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the crew, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Oversee the operation of our services, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of our facilities.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.,Handle any staff disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality or service industry.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Experience with customer service software is a plus.
