PT Sinergi Wana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.,Develop and implement project plans and schedules.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.,Strong project management skills and experience with project planning and scheduling.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
