You will work closely with our mechanics and ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition to support our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition to support operations.,Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Inspect vehicles to identify any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and vehicle history.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high standards of work.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Work with the procurement team to manage the inventory of spare parts and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of mechanics.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Familiarity with the latest diagnostic tools and technologies.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
