📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products/services.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the sales process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in managing a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
