📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
