Mun Siong Engineering is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors on construction sites. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment and complying with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees and contractors on safety procedures, equipment use, and emergency protocols.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of safety initiatives.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and available for use.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations, standards, and best practices.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, contractors, and management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address safety issues.,Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
