📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Assist in the development and negotiation of contracts and proposals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or precast products industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
