📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management, including conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures to protect employees and prevent accidents.,Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and labor productivity.,Train and develop warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in warehouse management and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire warehouse staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to warehouse operations and employee safety.
