PT Yudha Wardhana is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Staff to join our team in Lamongan. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to managing inventory and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.,Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report any issues to management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
