📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
