📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of manufacturing and supply chain data.
• Implement and maintain data validation rules and processes to monitor data integrity across our systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that our data supports their decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to track data integrity metrics and trends.
• Work with our IT team to integrate data quality tools and processes into our existing systems and workflows.
• Provide training and support to our team on data quality best practices and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data integrity and data quality management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall success of our business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data quality management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data integrity principles, data validation techniques, and data quality metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data quality tools such as Talend Data Quality, Informatica Data Quality, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data quality issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
