📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the delivery of training programs and workshops
• Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future initiatives
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement training solutions
• Ensure training programs align with business objectives and employee development needs
• Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the training process
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development
• Proven experience as a Learning Partner or similar role
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools such as SCORM, Articulate 360, and other e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
