📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using maintenance management software like SAP PM or similar.
• Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operation.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and planning.
• Certifications in industrial maintenance, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software like SAP PM or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the industrial sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
