📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize production processes using lean manufacturing principles and advanced software tools like SAP and MES.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9001).
• Manage inventory and supply chain activities, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record in leading production teams.
• Certifications in lean manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TPM) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing software and systems, including SAP, MES, and ERP.
• Proven ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
