In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and sites. You will use advanced tools like AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed plans and ensure compliance with national heritage conservation guidelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site assessments and develop conservation plans for historical buildings and sites.
• Supervise restoration projects, ensuring adherence to heritage conservation standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans.
• Use advanced software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate and detailed drawings and models.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of restoration tasks.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress and outcomes to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in heritage conservation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on heritage conservation techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heritage conservation and restoration.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural design and modeling.
• Strong understanding of national heritage conservation guidelines and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid professional certification in heritage conservation (e.g., SIA, ICOMOS).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
