📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage engineering operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and innovations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
