📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Work closely with the logistics team to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use SAP Logistics Execution and Microsoft Office Suite to manage POD documents and other logistics data.
• Monitor and report on POD document processing times and accuracy rates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's logistics strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a POD Custodian or similar role in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficient in using SAP Logistics Execution and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes and procedures.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
