📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and systems, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent potential breakdowns and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement and monitor maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to any technical issues that arise during the guest's stay, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical services with guest services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical and electrical engineering, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Certification in mechanical or electrical systems maintenance (e.g., NATE, CCEA).
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Makassar.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
