As a Business Development Manager (F&B) at PT XIANXING, you will be at the forefront of our company’s expansion efforts. Your primary mission is to drive business growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships and market expansion. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute business development initiatives that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue generation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the F&B sector, with a focus on China.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the F&B industry.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute business development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing regular updates to management.
• Leverage Mandarin proficiency to facilitate business communications and negotiations with Chinese partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the F&B sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in the hospitality or food & beverage sector is a plus.
