📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and maintain clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve clinic efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and address operational challenges.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using clinic management software, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
