📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement eco-friendly initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint.
• Oversee the optimization of resource efficiency, including energy, water, and waste management.
• Lead a team of environmental specialists and operations staff.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of our environmental performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement sustainable practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Monitor and report on the progress of eco-friendly initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing eco-friendly initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental software and tools such as SAP, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
