📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of butlers and housekeepers to ensure high standards of service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the villa.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvement areas.

• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience as a butler or in a supervisory role in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of luxury villa management software such as GuestPro or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
