In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and reduce lead times.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) to track inventory and streamline operations.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations or warehouse management.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Certification in warehouse management or supply chain operations (e.g., APICS, CWI).
• Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in supply chain management.
